General Terms and Conditions of BELOGRAD Dental Group s.r.o.

  1. Introductory Provisions
     1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between BELOGRAD Dental Group s.r.o., registered office: Českomoravská 2532/19b, 190 00 Prague 9, Company ID: 17183146, VAT ID: CZ17183146, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 367846 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) when concluding a purchase contract via the online store at https://belograd.com/shop/.
     1.2. The Seller sells goods intended for both end consumers and business customers.
     1.3. All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
  2. Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
     2.1. Orders may only be placed through the store’s online interface.
     2.2. To submit an order, registration and the creation of an account with a valid e-mail address are required.
     2.3. The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order by e-mail through the automatic system.
  3. Price and Payment Terms
     3.1. All prices are quoted excluding VAT. For EU buyers, a VAT rate of 21% will be automatically added.
     3.2. Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the selected delivery country. Packaging is free of charge.
     3.3. Payment is only possible in advance by credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
  4. Delivery Terms
     4.1. Delivery is provided by DPD to the address specified by the Buyer.
     4.2. Personal collection is not available.
     4.3. Responsibility for damage to goods passes to the carrier.
     4.4. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer upon payment.
  5. Discounts and Promotions
     5.1. A discount of 5% applies when purchasing 3 items, 10% when purchasing 5 items, and 15% when purchasing 10 items.
     5.2. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
  6. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
     6.1. General Conditions
     The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of goods in accordance with applicable EU legislation. To withdraw, it is sufficient to send an e-mail to shop@belograd.com. No form is required.
     6.2. Return Address
     Goods must be returned to:

     6.3. Return Conditions
  • Group 1 (Retraction cord packers, Composite instrument – TDI-50m, TDI-40/T3, TDI-40/T4, TDI-40/T1):
     All products are returnable provided they have not been used and remain in their original packaging.
  • Group 2 (All ceramic preparations bur kit, Occlusal shaper, Depth markers, Composite finisher):
     Non-sterile standard products may be returned within 6 months from the date of invoice; if returned later than 4 weeks from the invoice date, a 20% handling fee will be charged.

6.4. Refunds
 Refunds will be issued to the original payment card. Bank fees are borne by the Buyer.

  1. Claims and Warranty
     7.1. Claims may be submitted by sending an e-mail to shop@belograd.com.
     7.2. Claims will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
     7.3. Warranty
  • Group 1:
     Warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects. Claims are not accepted in cases of misuse, mechanical damage, or self-modification of the product. Warranty validity is subject to the legislation of the country of sale.
  • Group 2:
     One-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Claims are not accepted in cases of misuse.
     A document titled GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE is also available.

7.4. Shipping Costs for Accepted Claims
 If the defect is attributable to the Seller, shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

  1. Data Protection and GDPR
     8.1. Buyers’ personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders and related operations in accordance with the Privacy Policy (separate document).
     8.2. By submitting an order, the Buyer agrees to the website terms and the processing of personal data.

8.5. Agreement to Terms and Conditions upon Ordering

  1. Dispute Resolution
     Buyers have the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) or use the European Commission’s ODR platform for out-of-court dispute resolution.
  2. Final Provisions
     10.1. The contract is concluded in the Czech language.
     10.2. Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
     10.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.
     10.4. Effective date of the Terms: 1 September 2025.
