For quick and ergonomic isolation of frontal teeth winged clamps may be used on premolars. After this rubberdam is applied between teeth utilizing dental floss. Pay your attention that passing interproximal zones has to be provided not strictly vertical but following the surface of one of the teeth. One more thing: do not forget to invert rubberdam around the clamp.
