Shipping and Payment
Shipping
Courier Service
All orders are dispatched via the DPD courier service. We deliver goods throughout the Czech Republic as well as abroad – to all destinations served by DPD.
Delivery Times
- The standard dispatch time from our warehouse is 5 business days (subject to change).
- Czech Republic: delivery usually takes place on the next business day after dispatch (not guaranteed).
- European Union and other countries: delivery times are determined according to the official DPD price list (see below).
Express Shipping
- Within the Czech Republic — DPD 12:00 or DPD 18:00 service (for an additional fee).
- Abroad — Guarantee 12:00 or Guarantee 18:00 service (for an additional fee).
- Express air transport is available according to the DPD price list. The day of collection is not included in the delivery period.
- If the shipment cannot be delivered within the selected express time, the surcharge will not be charged.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination country and shipment weight.
- Packaging costs are included in the shipping price.
- Free shipping is not offered.
Possible Complications
- Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
- Delays may occur due to customs procedures or force majeure.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
Payment
Available Payment Methods
- Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Google Pay and Apple Pay (cards from all countries supported)
Payment Terms
- Payments are processed immediately; delays may depend on the customer’s bank or country.
- Payments are made in EUR.
- Bank charges or VAT may apply in accordance with applicable EU legislation.
- An invoice is issued and sent automatically after successful payment.
Claims and Returns
- If a shipment is damaged or lost, a claim must be submitted via www.dpd.cz (Claims section).
- DPD processes claims within 30 days. If necessary, they will contact you by email.
- Address changes are possible if the shipment is not cash-on-delivery. Requests should be sent to: info@dpdp.cz
Returns
- If damage is caused by the carrier, we cover the return costs.
- If you decide to return goods for personal reasons, return costs are at your expense.
- The return period is specified in the documentation of each product.
