Payment is considered complete once the funds are successfully received by BELOGRAD Academy via bank transfer to our account in EUR (Euro) or CZK (Czech Crown).

Cancellation Policy

Up to 1 month (4 weeks) before the course start: you may transfer your course seat to another course or cancel it. In case of cancellation, a €100 administration fee will be charged, and the remainder of your payment will be refunded.

Less than 1 month (4 weeks) before the course start: payments are non-refundable. However, if we manage to fill your spot from the waitlist, a partial refund of 70% of the amount paid may be possible.

All cancellations and change requests must be submitted in writing via email:

Courses usually run from 09:00 to 17:00 – 18:00 each day.

Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly to ensure you don’t miss any part of the training.

Learning process

Participants work with high-tech equipment that closely simulates real clinical conditions: Sirona simulation units, operative microscopes, a full set of materials and instruments – all provided during the course.

The learning process is 100% hands-on, with intensive practical training from morning to evening.

What you need to have for the BIG VENEER COURSE only

Bringing a Mac laptop with Keynote (latest version) is the preferred option.

Alternatively, a Windows laptop with PowerPoint 2010 or newer is also acceptable.

DSLR or mirrorless camera with a macro lens.
Ring flash or dual flash system, if available.
